About This Programme

A four-year degree preparing social workers to support individuals, families, and communities in both private and public sectors.

Admission Requirements

Required Subjects

  • English Home Language or English First Additional Language 5 60–69%

Additional Requirements

  • Departmental selection occurs at end of first year, including possible aptitude test and interview.
  • Average of 60% required for first-year social work modules to continue to second year.
  • Students must complete Form 30 (NCPR) as required by the Children's Act (2005).
Initial admission based on school results. Departmental selection at end of first year. Final admission confirmed with APS of at least 28 in Grade 12.
