About This Programme

The MBChB is the primary medical degree, training students to become medical doctors. The programme is delivered at the Nelson R. Mandela School of Medicine and combines academic learning with clinical training in affiliated hospitals.

  • NBT required
  • Shortlisted applicants will be invited for selection interviews
Closing date is 30 June. NSC Degree pass with English, Mathematics, Physical Sciences and Life Sciences 5 and LO 4. Matric Exemption plus completed BSc/BMedSc degree or currently registered for a BSc/BMedSc degree in a health science related field or general science may also apply.
