About This Programme

Audiology trains students to diagnose, manage, and rehabilitate hearing and balance disorders, preparing them for practice in hospitals, schools, and private clinics.

Minimum APS score of 30

Required Subjects

  • Mathematics 3 40–49%
  • Life Sciences or Physical Sciences 3 40–49%
  • English Home Language or First Additional Language 4 50–59%
  • Life Orientation 4 50–59%
NSC Degree pass with English and LO 4, Mathematics 3 and Life Sciences or Physical Sciences 3. Matric Exemption: 36 with two of: Biology, Mathematics, Physical Sciences 'E' HG/'D' SG.
