About This Programme

Offered by the Faculty of AgriSciences. Prepares food scientists for quality assurance, product development, research, technical support, sales, purchasing and production management in the food industry.

Admission Requirements
Minimum aggregate of 60% for the NSC (excluding Life Orientation)

Required Subjects percentage

  • Afrikaans Home Language 50%
  • Afrikaans First Additional Language 50%
  • Mathematics 60%
  • Physical Sciences (Physics and Chemistry) 50%
NSC aggregate of at least 60% excluding Life Orientation. This programme is NOT available as an ECP.
