About This Programme

Combines commerce and psychology to prepare graduates for professional registration as psychometrists or industrial psychologists with the HPCSA. Requires further postgraduate study for full registration.

Required Subjects

  • Mathematics 4 50–59%
  • English or Afrikaans Home Language 3 40–49%

Additional Requirements

  • NSC aggregate of at least 65% excluding Life Orientation
  • Mathematics 60%
  • English or Afrikaans Home Language 50% OR Afrikaans or English First Additional Language 70%
NSC aggregate of at least 65% (excluding Life Orientation). HPCSA statutory registration requires postgraduate studies, internship, and board examination.
