About This Programme

A four-year BEng connecting humans and the physical world to digital computer systems through electronics, embedded computing, and programming. Computer and electronic engineering is the number one scarce skill in South Africa.

Admission Requirements

Required Subjects

  • Mathematics 6 70–79%
  • Physical Sciences 6 70–79%
  • Afrikaans or English 5 60–69%

Additional Requirements

  • Final Grade 12 Mathematics mark of 70% or higher
  • Final Grade 12 Physical Sciences mark of 70% or higher
