About This Programme

A two-year diploma in built environment construction studies, providing a pathway for qualified students into built environment degree programmes.

Admission Requirements

Required Subjects

  • English 4 50–59%
  • Mathematics / Technical Mathematics 4 50–59%
  • Physical Science / Technical Science 4 50–59%
  • Two 20-credit subjects (not more than one language) 4 50–59%

Additional Requirements

  • Technical Mathematics accepted at level 5
  • Technical Science accepted at level 5
  • Senior Cert: English and Maths and Phys Sci E HG/C SG
  • NC(V) Level 4 with 60% in English, LO, Maths and Phys Sci and 60% in two other vocational subjects
Only 1st and 2nd choice CAO applicants are considered. Mathematical Literacy will NOT be accepted as a substitute for Mathematics. Closing date: 30 September. Indumiso Campus only.
