About This Programme

This degree trains food technologists in food processing, product development, food safety, and quality assurance for the food manufacturing and retail industries.

  • Physical Science 4 50–59%
  • Life Sciences / Biology 4 50–59%
First preference is given to applicants who have never studied previously at any other university. Mathematical Literacy will NOT be accepted as a substitute for Mathematics. Closing date: 30 September.
