Applying for 2027 UL Applications

Applications for UL’s 2027 academic year will open around 1 June 2026, and will close on 31 October 2026, for most courses. Some competitive courses, like medicine, may have earlier deadlines. Here’s what you need to know:

  • Application Fee: South African students pay R200, while international students pay R750.
  • Requirements: You’ll need a National Senior Certificate (NSC) with a Bachelor’s pass or other qualifications depending on the course.
