About the Promaths Bursary programme.
Powered by Investec, Promaths goes beyond the classroom. This Kutlwanong Maths, Science and Technology Centre program equips high schoolers with extra math and science sessions to sharpen their STEM skills. Promaths doesn't stop there – their bursary programme, designed specifically for alumni, decrease the number of well deserving Promaths students who matriculate with good results and don’t continue their studies.
FIELD OF STUDY
The bursary programme is open to students who want to pursue an undergraduate qualification in the following fields:
- Scarce skills
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE PROMATHS BURSARY PROGRAMME.
To qualify for the Promaths bursary programme, you must meet the following requirements:
- You must be a South African citizen.
- You must have attended a Promaths or Kutlwanong Centre across the country.
- You must demonstrate financial need.
- You must be academically exceptional.
- You must be accepted to study at a reputable tertiary institution for a rare skills degree or national diploma in South Africa.
PROMATHS BURSARY REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:
- Certified copy of applicant's ID
- Certified copy of applicant's Matric certificate and/or academic record.
- Proof of combined household income
