About the Aurora Wind Power Bursary:
The Aurora Wind Power bursary is one of the few bursary opportunities in South Africa that covers any study programme and provides full financial backing. The programme is particularly targeted to matriculants who are in the West Coast of South Africa, giving them the opportunity to pursue higher education.
FIELD OF STUDY
The bursary programme is open to students who want to pursue an undergraduate qualification in ANY study field.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE AURORA WIND POWERBURSARY PROGRAMME
To qualify for the Aurora Wind Power Bursary, you must meet the following requirements:
- You must be a South African citizen.
- You must be from the West Coast of south Africa (Western Cape Province)
- You must currently be in matric in 2024
- You must be a strong academic performer.
- You must demonstrate financial need – your total household income may not exceed R350 000.
- You must be accepted to study at a registered and recognised South African public tertiary education or training institution.

- Examination fees.
- Living expenses.
- Study materials.
- Tuition.
- Registration fees
AURORA WIND POWER BURSARY REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:
- Acceptance letter or proof of registration
- Certified copy of ID.
- Certified copy of your latest matric results/prelims.
- Proof of house hold income
- Proof of residence.
