CAO 2025 applications are now open

Central Application Office (CAO) is now accepting applications for the 2025 academic year. Prospective students are encouraged to apply online. Applications will remain open until 30 September 2024.

Central Application Office (CAO) - 2025 Applications

CAO allows applicants to apply online for up to six study programmes at any University, University of Technology or any partnering Private Colleges in Kwa-Zulu Natal using a single application form. The applicants then pay one administration fee which can be paid online or via any EasyPay outlet.

Central Application Office (CAO) Required Documents

To apply successfully through CAO you need to submit the following documents:

certified copy of your identity document
Certified copy of your Senior Certificate/National Senior Certificate or equivalent
Certified Grade 11 report (if you are currently in grade 12)
Your grade 12 June report (if you are currently in grade 12)
Your Grade 12 Trials (September results) if you already have them or as soon as you get them.

How to Apply at Central Application Office (CAO) for 2025

Central Application Office (CAO) Closing Dates

The majority of institutions using CAO for applications have a closing date of September 30th, 2024. However, this is a general deadline.
